There are cases when the previous installation of the Citrix client did not work properly. The most effective solution we have found is to first uninstall the client (in Control Panel under Add/Remove Programs uninstall all Citrix related software, there may be multiple instances). Once this is complete we recommend you remove any other Citrix Client files from your computer. The folder to remove is typically called C:\Program Files\Citrix. This whole folder should be deleted. Reboot you computer at this time. Once the reboot has been done try to install the client once more (Citrix Client Menu).
